Kelsey Kleovoulos
Expertise & Specializations
Kelsey graduated from Western University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology before completing over 500 hours of yoga teacher trainings with Modo Yoga. She then spent several years living and travelling throughout Australia and New Zealand where she taught yoga, mindfulness practices, and breath work. This deepened her understanding for the connection between movement, the nervous system, and overall well-being.
Inspired to combine her knowledge of movement with hands-on therapeutic care, Kelsey returned to Canada to attend Kikkawa College in Toronto, graduating as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2020. Since becoming an RMT, she has continued her professional development through additional training in temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJD), including intraoral massage, as well as Level 1 Cupping Therapy.
Kelsey values collaboration and enjoys helping clients better understand their bodies while supporting long-term recovery and resilience.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time in nature, exploring new parts of the world, and making memories with her toddler.
