Can I see your practitioners even if I’m not injured?
Absolutely! Our team can help you build a plan to improve your overall health and quality of life — even if you’re not dealing with an injury. This could include nutrition advice, exercise programs, or preventative exercises.

Do you have weekend or evening appointments?
Yes, we have Saturday appointments, and most of our practitioners offer evening times. We also have early morning options for massage therapy, kinesiology, and personal training.
