Expertise & Specializations
Ash earned her Physiotherapy degree with distinction in India in 2019, followed by a Master’s degree with a focus on Biomechanics and Ergonomics at Memorial University of Newfoundland. She has completed a certificate course in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy and also holds a certification in Acupuncture from Acupuncture Canada.
With extensive experience in clinic-based occupational rehabilitation, Ashwini has helped individuals recover from workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents, regain strength, facilitate their return to work, and promote injury prevention.
Guided by the motto “Movement is Medicine,” Ash combines evidence-based science with a deep understanding of manual therapy and active rehabilitation. She recognizes that every individual is unique and creates personalized treatment plans, particularly for those facing chronic pain and mental health challenges.
Her experience ranges from supporting athletes recovering from sports injuries to assisting older adults in maintaining mobility. Ash is passionate about empowering people to discover their resilience and return to the activities they love.
Outside the clinic, Ash enjoys dancing, practicing yoga, and exploring the natural beauty of Newfoundland through hiking. She treasures the strong sense of community that welcomed her with open arms and continues to inspire her dedication to holistic well-being.
