I have been training with Krista for 4 years and I don’t think I could find a better fit for me. Throughout those four years, we have cycled through many different training styles depending on my needs and interests at the time (powerlifting, Olympic lifting and home workouts). Krista has always been able to provide a creative plan to help me achieve my goals.

Krista is really positive and encouraging when working through an injury. She takes the time to listen and assess the issue. My experience with her has helped me gain strength and get back into activities that I love. She has given me the tools I need to learn to deal with pain and help prevent injury moving forward.

I was experiencing pain in the arches of my feet and shins while running. I love to run and being in pain every time was a struggle both mentally and physically. Krista helped give tools for relief, identified areas of weakness and developed a strength training program for me. I was able to go back to running regularly pain free. Working with her helped me learn a lot and also helped me change my mindset of pain

I've been going to Matt Wells for years and he is amazing. He works miracles treating my injuries and helping me work through pain on my own by demonstrating exercises to do at home. I refer all of my friends to him.

I met with Kyle last week. I was very happy with the level of detail he provided during treatment. He answered all my questions, provided well-described recommendations, and suggested a multi-disciplinary plan (all available through Momentum) to address my needs. I feel confident that I will benefit greatly from working with Kyle and the rest of the staff at Momentum. I highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for anything from chronic conditions to a physical tune-up for strength and conditioning training.
